I totally love this tv. Its the right size - not too small and not overwhelming. Great on "older" eyes too. Out of the box, hooked up to antenna and dvd player within minutes. No need for cables - existing video in/out cables worked like a charm for the dvd player. And watching movies from a flash drive is also awesome! Do not hesitate on buying this tv. Its that good!

This was a recommended model from Consumers Reports and it appeared that the size would work well for the proposed location. Setup instructions require a close read especially if connecting to satellite through a remote receiver. Appears to have been a good buy and we are pleased with the TV.

Bought this during the 2012 holiday season for $247 with free shipping. TV is light as a feather and is very basic in constuction compared to my top-line Samsung 50" Plasma but as soon as I turned it on and adjusted the picture, I was amazed. This TV is awesome. Sound isn't that great but it's acceptable for a bedroom TV.

We installed this in out baby's room, so that we can watch tv while looking after out baby. This LED TV has an amazing picture, and sound is adequate for the medium size room. Adjusting the setting for a better quality picture is a must. At this time, Samsung has the best looking TV's on the market, and at this price, you can't beat it. This TV is a 720p, but at this size, you will not be able to tell the difference.

This is my second purchase of this model. One is used for a bedroom & one is used for my CCTV camera system. Picture is very clear(I would not recommend the 720p for any larger screen size) & sound is acceptable for a TV costing $240!

I got this during Black Friday Lightning Deals for $249. I wanted a bigger TV to replace the 27" Vizeo LCD I had in there. I have a 40" Samsung LCD in our living room. I am a huge fan of Samsung TV's. In my opinion they have the sharpest picture of all the major HDTV brands. This TV is no different. This is my 1st LED picture. I love how thin it is. The picture is very bright and crystal clear. I read some reviews of people complaining about the sound. I have no issues with the sound at all. It's plenty loud for me on volume level 12. If you're looking for a 32" LED TV at a good price I would look no further!

Have been using the TV for about two months now. The picture quality seems to be really great. The only problem i have with it is limited hook-ups in the back of the TV. Other than that if your just using it to watch movies or Satelite there should be no issue. If you want to hook up some old game systems to it that use AV "red, yellow, and white" cables you are out of luck. Component and HDMI are the only conections available besides the antenna.

Samsung is really good at making television. This tv is brilliant, and it's the best basic 32 inch you can buy. Picture is bright and crisp, details to perfection. It has great black levels, but not the best because companies dont improve it on this size (don't know why). Xbox 360 with HDMI attached. It also has gaming mode but you dont even need it, gameplay is already smooth. Cool tv, i recommend it to everyone.

This tv has a great picture that is crisp and clean and shows great. I like that the remote also has the sleep feature, totally necessary for me as I always fall asleep with the tv on. It was very easy to connect including the cable hook-up too. I would invest in another one, if I needed it.

Bought this TV after sitting for a week on whether or not to get this or another brand. It's hard not to narrow in on the negative reviews, but went for it anyway.

Sound output is great. My wife and I put this in our 100 sq ft bedroom and at only 20/100 can fill the room with plenty of sound. Put it on a wall mount, and it looks great without taking up valuable floor space.

The picture is excellent. Even without a true HD source. We've tried streaming Amazon Instant Video in HD, but our internet speed is apparently not fast enough and the connection times out. Have streamed a few ripped DVDs from a hard drive that are around a 1gb mpeg file size, and they appear quite well. We've used our Sony BlueRay Player to up-convert the first Lord of The Rings, and the picture was incredible.

It would nice nice to have additional HDMI plugs, but for a budget HDTV, I won't complain.
The USB port for ConnectShare only recognizes Thumb Drives. I even tried formatting the hard drive to Fat 32, and still no luck.

Overall, great TV for a nice price. I would definitely recommend this product.

I wanted to finally get a HDTV and chose this one when it was on sale for Black Friday. I have to say I am impressed - the picture is clear, the sound is decent.

The only gripe I have with this TV is that the stand doesn't swivel, and that the button to turn the television off and turn the volume up/down is tedious and annoying.

I am more than happy with my purchase. The delivery was lightning fast. Assembly of the item was also super easy! I had it up and running in no time. I read a review before purchasing where the buyer said the audio was terrible? This is not so! There is an equalizer feature in the menu options to adjust the volume and my unit is loud and clear as ever. The main feature I love about this unit is the usb media plug and play. I download loads of media online and no I can just load it onto my usb drive, plug it into the back of the unit and all my movies, videos & pictures are ready to go!
So if you are in the market for a moderately priced 32 " HDTV I promise you this Samsung is your best bet! I am so going to purchase a 40" model for my bedroom next.
Well done Samsung! This unit is awesome awesome awesome!

I read many reviews, experts' (CNET, etc) and Amazon customers', before buying this flat screen.I really did have a lot to learn about LCD's and LED/LCD's, being a novice.

So I settled on this set, confident it was what I wanted and knowing that the price was really good (after much price-comparison shopping).

Set up was extremely easy, even for me, and I was watching it in just a few minutes. I called Amazon tech service with a couple of questions, and I was done. I have set the sound to "movie" and the picture to "dynamic" and those 2 adjustments did improve upon the default settings for me. (Go to the "TOOLS" button on the remote for these 2 settings and for the sleep timer as well-- it's easier than going through the "MENU")

This TV is in my kitchen, and I'm sitting about 6' from it. It's just perfect, and I love it---so much so, that I ordered another for my bedroom-- it arrives on Wednesday!

EDIT: Another change from default settings-- Go to MENU, MODE: set AUTO VOLUME to "ON"--- the TV gets SO MUCH louder! With Auto Volume on and the TV on Movie mode, I don't think anyone will have a problem with sound being too low.

The picture quality is stunning. I think 720 keep things looking more real yet images still look crisp. The colors also look more natural than other brands that I have seen. I have also played higher and lower resolution .avi and .mp4 files and they work amazingly! I would say that the picture quality looks better than on my MacBood Pro mid-2009 version. Also, I purchased this during Black Friday for $250, so have absolutely nothing to complain!

This is a gift for my mother-in-law to replace her old antique TV. I think the picture quality is good the only draw back is when we try to program it with our universal remote control, there are just too many code to try. The automatic search result have the remote control could not get the volume button works like it should be instead you have to punch the up/down button non stop to get to the level you want. It is not the fault of the TV though. I sure will love TV manufacturer or DVD or any AV equipment come with a code for those universal remote control. It sure will save a lot of time for a user.

I bought this tv for my bedroom and have been really happy with it so far. First, the bezel is attractively thin, and adds to the sharpness of this tv.

The picture is really nice looking. I'm watching the new Star Trek blu ray on it right now the picture looks fantastic. The picture on this tv definitely benefits from calibration (I use a calibration blu-ray). I was initially disappointed with the flesh tone representation on this set, but after some color correction, along with balancing the brightness and contrast, I can honestly say this tv looks great.

I already own a 46" Samsung 1080p LCD, but I think this 32" 720p set might look just a little better.

The only downside for this set is the remote. The buttons are kind of jammed together and it's hard to use in the dark.

This TV is the STUFF!!:) I love it for the size and picture quality. Only thing I found out was that it does NOT have Audio OUTPUT which is a bummer. But I live in a dorm, so I have no need for a quality surround sound system and it's perfect size. I can't find anything else that's bad for this TV. I saw others had a problem with the sound, and was afraid I would get a defective TV, but I didn't. Also saw that some people have this "LED Bleeding" where the edges of the TV would appear brighter than the center. I don't have that problem, and hopefully wont in the future. I'm giving it 5 stars b/c the TV is amazing quality all around, even the sound. The Audio Output isn't much of a biggie for me since I would be using Optical Digital Output on the devices I use the TV for. It's a good TV, and would say go for it!

Great TV for bedroom. Great picture right out of the box but you can calibrate to get an even better more realistic picture. Don't worry about it being 720p. You will never notice any difference on this size TV. If you aren't looking for a TV with all the bells and whistles, this is the one. Use for what it was designed to be used for, a basic TV for a smaller room such as bedroom and you won't be disappointed.

Shipping from Amazon was very quick. I received mine in just 3 days.

I am very pleased with this TV. We have had it for 3 months and have no complaints. We mostly use it for regular TV viewing via our cable service, But we have been able to purchase a cable that allows it to hooked up to my iPad and stream movies using it. We also got a cable that allowed it to be hooked up to my husband's laptop so we could watch a foreign DVD (not playable on a US DVD player) So it has proved to be a very flexible TV and we're pleased with it.

The picture is good, it got a good rating from Consumer's Report (which was important to us). The picture is good and the size, while on the small size when compared to some enormous TVs, this TV was right for us. (we just didn't need a 50+" TV in our family room!)

We had ordered the same TV from Walmart but it was lost in transit. When my daughter's TV was delivered in 2 days from Amazon, I found the price comparable to Walmart's, I declined Walmart's offer to resend and ordered the TV here. Even during the Christmas rush, we got it in 2 days with Amazon Prime.

I have a 55 inch Samsung LCD that was bought 5 years ago at Sears and a 37 inch Samsung plasma that was bought 4 years ago. So when it comes time to buy another tv, I had no hesitation with buying a Samsung. At Best Buy, I was able to compare this model with several other brands. The Westinghouse was the slimmest, but I don't trust the brand. The Toshiba and LG are nice, but they were a little thick. The Sony was nice, but I didn't like all the buttons at the bottom of the screen. I chose this Samsung because it has the thinnest frame. I am putting this tv in a very small space so size definitely matters. The only thing I don't like is that the back of the tv is not slim at all. Other than that, it is very light.

Plug and play features mean that the tv was ready to go as soon as I plugged in the cable. Picture is sharp and sound is just fine for a small room. The tv is definitely worth the $300.

I'm using this TV in a guest bedroom and although I have a cable service with cable boxes in other rooms I decided to first try this set by connecting it directly with the coax cable before getting yet another cable box. Coax generally provides the poorest picture (except maybe the antenna input) but was I ever surprised that it found 116 stations after auto tuning, many of which are HD. They look exceptionally good and with a 32" screen the 720P on the HD channels looks as good as larger TVs with 1080P. The sound is good and can be tailored to individual tastes with different settings, including an equalizer.

When I viewed this TV in a store its picture was noticeably better than most of the other 32" models. The picture is crisp and beautiful with great color and contrast and I'm extremely happy with it. I never tried connecting a HDTV to a coax before and was very surprised to see HD quality on the HD channels. Even the non-HD stations look good. This TV is a real beauty and I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Arrived quickly. I had never order a TV online before. Put the stand together and had it set up in no time. Very light and easy to handle alone. Picture is fantastic and is used for a bedroom set. Doesn't have a lot of outlets for other things to be hooked up to it. But maybe a DVR. But fine with me. This is my first LED and now I want to upgrade my den set. I would highly recomment this for a bedroom set. Great quality picture.

Purchased this TV based on reviews and Consumer Reports. Ordering was easy, confirmation and shipping info came within seconds after ordering. TV was delivered 2 days later as promised, and in great condition. To top it all off the TV has an awesome picture and very good sound! The entire experience through Amazon was great. We'll keep buying through Amazon!

I liked this quality of the picture so much that i bought 2. I even got an awesome deal when i did. i saw them like 60 or 50 dollars more at other retailers, once i saw the deal amazon had, bought it!!

The sound is also nice, i have only turn up the volume to around 30 and you can hear everything loud and clear

This is and excellent bedroom tv. I spent about an hour walking around bb last month and settled on this bad boy. I wasn't interested In a slightly bigger tv for an extra $400 when a 32 inch sufficed in a bedroom. Samsung has always been high quality and you can't ask for better quality in a $250 tv. We bought the $60 e5400 bluray player to go with it. The picture quality is crisp and bright for its size and its nice having one remote instead of two. I would recommend it at this price.

I purchased this Samsung 32" LED television for my bedroom. Easy to set up and mountable. We have HDTV cable and this is the sharpest picture I have seen. I prefer Samsung's picture quality over Sony. Here is what I recommend that you do after setting it up, it's not complicated: just open the on screen menu, and go through every setting and tweak it how you like it. That's it, and anyone can do it. There are settings for EVERY thing you can think of, and I cannot imagine anyone having a reason to complain about this TV. There are sound settings even for hard of hearing people. You don't need extra speakers, unless you prefer it because the sound is just fine. This is an excellent television for a great price. Don't pay more. Just simply go through the settings (15 minutes of your time) and you will be thoroughly impressed! Even my husband, a die-hard Sony fan is considering replacing our 8-year-old Sony Wega in our living room with a Samsung. Picture can't be beat. Hope this helps.

I just got it, but so far so good. As of right now I am just playing xbox 360 on it. The color is bright and vivid. And for the audio it is ok until you turn on the SRS TruSurround HD, then it is very good. The tv is pretty light weight. It would of been nice if it was slimmer from the side, but it doesn't really bother me. Power cord is a little bit too short. Decent remote control, came with battery. Only downside for the remote is that its not back-lit.

I'm not even sure what to write about this TV, other than the fact that is pretty much perfect for it's size. It produces wonderfully vibrant images. My nephews are happy to have something other than a crappy 19-inch CRT to play their video games on. And my sister uses it as a monitor for her laptop to watch Sherlock on repeat and to watch Korean dramas. Out of the box, everything looks great, but properly calibrated it looks as good as any floor model at Best Buy. We're all very happy with this display.

Ordered this as a gift for Christmas. Been a month and couldn't be happier with the TV. It was mounted in a bedroom and looks great. The sound is fine for a bedroom TV. I saw where some have had issues with it but not me. Amazon delivered it in a timely manner with no issues. Being a 720P has bot been an issue. Will look at buying another one as prices drop for older models to place in a spare bedroom.

I'm always puzzled by reviews that complain about stated features of products. In this case, I have read several reviews by people that complain that this Samsung TV is not a Slim model. Apparently some people rely only on pictures and not on detailed descriptions of things like Specifications, or Product Measurements.

Being a reasonable person, I was able to successfully determine the TV's measurements - it helped that they were obviously stated in the product description. Having determined (prior to my purchase) that these dimensions would fit my requirements, I purchased the TV on Amazon during a Samsung Black Friday promotion in 2012 for about $50 less than the typical Amazon price.

I should point out that, contrary to another reviewer's statement, this TV is indeed VESA compatible for wall mounts. I had no problem attaching the TV to a Cheetah mount (also purchased on Amazon). In this case, the Amazon description was not clear what the mounting options were, so I was forced to (gasp!) visit the Samsung web site. A quick search on the model number and I was able to download the manual and review the detailed specs, including mounting hole measurements.

This TV fits perfectly in the corner, and it is very light weight so it puts very little strain on the wall mount. Even though the design is not a slim style, I found that the shape of the bezel allows it to fit perfectly in the corner, with both edges of the TV right up against the wall. If it were to be mounted against a flat wall rather than a corner, it would stick out a little further.

Be sure to register the TV on the Samsung website, as you will get an extra 3 months or warranty support for free.

First off, I upgraded from an Insignia 24" LED 1080p, this TV is trip to the moon difference better from the Insignia, Can't go wrong, I have it on the wall and the sound is great, I am not using it for my entertainment system, it's a dining room addition. Colors are vibrant, blacks are what they need to be, black. Timer to set up the auto power on and off is great. Eat my breakfast and go to work with no worries. Very light as well. Hope you enjoy.

Hadn't set up the television, so held off on reviewing it. Assume this model had been discontinued, as it was steeply discounted. The picture on the set is terrific, but then I am not much of a techie. Liked the HD and am still slightly amazed at how crisp the images are. Was very happy with the 32" size, which is plenty large enough for a Victorian cottage. Interesting that the LED seems to be winning out over the liquid crystal.

A happy purchase.

My husband and I bought this TV for our bedroom. We have a 46 inch Samsung in our living room, and wanted to purchase the same product just smaller. This TV has a great picture and is the perfect size for a bedroom. I would recommend this product. A red light stays on when the TV is off letting you know it is powered off, but there is no way to turn it off. I did some research hoping to find a way to turn it off, but it is a feature that cannot be turned off. I would purchase this product again.

I was in the market for a 2nd basic TV that I could move around our house with no internet or apps on it since I just wanted it for PS3 and a DVD player and I wanted to stay away from any off brands, so I bought this one. You can't go wrong for the Amazon $248 price and with free shipping! It has awesome sound and picture and very simple to setup. I use AmazonBasics High-Speed HDMI Cable (6.5 Feet/2.0 Meters) - Supports Ethernet, 3D, and Audio Return [Newest Standard] and I have no delay with gaming. This TV also only consumes 28 watts or power which is around $6 a year to operate. This one replaced my 15 year 32 inch old tube TV.

The bottom line, if you are looking for simple TV I would recommend this one, but you want external sound, 1080p and internet app then you want to look at a higher model.

So I took the plunge and finally upgraded my bedroom TV to a Flat Panel Samsung LED 720p 32" (Model UN32EH4003). I bought it during the Black Friday time frame directly from Amazon for $247.99 (Free Shipping, 14-Day Price Guarantee). I went in knowing that I was buying the cheapest 32" Samsung Flat Panel that you could buy and knew that I wasn't getting every bell and whistle, which is fine with me. My goal for this TV is to use it as a bedroom TV with a Verizon FIOS cable box and a media player (Ethernet connected, not WiFi) and watch it from about 8 feet away. No gaming, minimal DVD, etc. That's basically it.

Just for some background, I'm upgrading from an old 20" Generic Tube TV in the bedroom. I do have an HDTV in the living room, but it is also a Tube TV. There I have a 34" Sony widescreen Tube TV that I bought about 7 years ago that was basically the biggest widescreen Tube TV made that I know of. Back then a Tube TV picture was much better and cheaper than Flat Panel.

First Impression - This TV looks nice. Clean front. It is extremely light. The base feels sturdy and big enough to support the TV without risk of falling over. It was simple to put together with 8 screws in the base.

Setup - It has 2 HDMI's and then some regular RCA and Component hookups. My setup consists of Verizon FIOS Cable Box and a WD Live TV Media Player (to be replaced by a Boxee Box within the week, but that's another story). Plugged the Cable Box and the Media Player into each HDMI port using new Amazon Basics HDMI cables. The TV on-screen setup was easy enough to figure out without pulling out the instruction manual. Everything came up perfectly the first time with just a press of the Source button.

Picture Quality - I tested the TV out with several different types of media and sources.
1) First with SD Cable. A little blocky up close, which may just be the source, but from a normal viewing distance, I the quality was just fine. The kids' cartoons were fine.
2) Second with HD Cable. This picture seemed really nice. Didn't see any kind of distortion. Seemed nearly as good as the HD Tube TV that I have downstairs from an 8 foot viewing distance. I was happy with what I saw.
3) Third with a normal 720p Video file via the Media Player. Picture was really nice in this case also. Everything seemed crisp. Very happy.
4) Finally with a fast motion 1080p Video file via the Media Player. This is where I expected the worst, but to my surprise, the fast motion scenes seemed fine also. I only tested a couple of files, so we'll see if other scenes have a problem, but so far so good.

Overall I was very happy with the picture quality. The colors on the default setting were pretty terrible, so I tried "brilliant" which was too yellow, and finally settled on "movie" which was pretty much perfect in all instances. The "movie" setting was much brighter than the default, but not too crazy. Looked pretty natural.

Viewing Angles - Side viewing angles seemed really good. This was one of my pet peeves and most of my reluctance to move to a flat panel TV in the first place. Many flat panel TV's look terrible when you aren't watching it straight on. This TV seems to have much better side viewing than many of the competing TV's out there.

Screen - The screen edges do have a few very faint white areas that I have noticed, but they are barely noticeable and only when the screen is completely black. I don't notice it at all when there is any kind of picture on the screen. I probably only see it because I am looking for it after reading a few comments about backlight bleed. For me, it doesn't seem like anything to worry about. I always buy SquareTrade warranties with all my electronics, so if the screen does have a problem, I will be set.

Sound Quality - This is where I had the most trouble. Granted, I'm upgrading from a old TV, but out of the box, the Samsung sounded very hollow and words were hard to understand. It seemed to be completely missing any low end, not talking about booming bass, just lower frequencies seemed to be missing. I tried every sound preset that they had and all were pretty bad. I finally gave up on the presets and used the included 5 band Equalizer which finally did the trick. Per request, I posted a picture of the settings in the customer images section of this item. [THIS SECTION HAS BEEN UPDATED BELOW: I basically maxed out the low and high frequencies and made a bell curve of the middle frequencies, raising the one that controlled voices until I has happy. This seemed to do the trick just fine and I am now happy with the sound.] Granted, if you are expecting a booming surround sound feel, you're shopping for the wrong TV, but for what I think this TV is meant for, it sounds just fine.

Bells, Whistles and Other Stuff - I haven't toyed with this TV too much yet. There are lots of menu settings to go through. The power button on the bottom of the TV seems pretty cool. It is like a combined button/joystick that pulls up a menu when pressed that you can use the button to move through, or just turn off the TV. I won't use it much since the Cable Box remote will do most of the work, but it is a nice to have since the actual TV remote will probably sit in a drawer once everything is set up. It does have a USB port that is supposed to play pretty much any type of media format. If this works well, it is a great feature. For me, I plan on continuing to use a dedicated Media Player, so I probably won't use this much, but for anyone else, it would save you $100 on having to buy a media player if you have a use for it.

I've only had this TV for one day, but this is what I think so far for a pro/con list.

Pros:
1) Great price ($247.99 at the time I purchased it, put a camelcamelcamel price alert on it for when the price drops again).
2) Great picture quality, especially for the price.
3) Very good side viewing angles.
4) Easy setup and connection to Cable Box and Media Player.
5) Enough picture and sound settings to get the quality you want for your individual preference.
6) Fast motion scenes seem ok so far.
7) Energy Star cost of $6-$12 per year to operate. That just sounds crazy, but I'll take it.

Cons:
1) Sound presets are terrible, but can be adjusted manually.
2) Concern about possible backlight bleed, but covering myself with an inexpensive SquareTrade warranty.

In conclusion, I'm giving this TV a 5 Star Rating based on how great it is for it's low price. I've only had this TV for one day, but I love it so far. I will continue to update this review as I use the TV more and learn more about it.

ONE MONTH UPDATE (12/26/2012):
So I've had this TV for about a month now, and I still love it. I am very happy with the video performance and I have continued to refine the audio settings. The picture is great. The viewing angles are great. I haven't had a single instance of any kind of motion blur from any fast motion scenes yet. No change in the very minor backlight bleed which I still think is no big deal. Its working great with the Verizon FIOS HD DVR and the HD Media Player (now upgraded to a Boxee Box).

The one negative regarding this TV is the sound. I posted a customer image and talked about my manual Equalizer settings in my original review. Since then, I had found that those setting were still not quite right. During many scenes, the background music seemed to overpower everything and voices were becoming impossible to understand in many instances. I kept tinkering with the Equalizer and finally settled on updated settings. It seems that the 300Hz setting was the one that was controlling most of the background music, so I dropped it way down and words became much clearer. I have now been using these updated Equalizer settings for a couple of weeks now without messing with them, so that tells me that they sound pretty good to my ears. Again, for the low price of this TV, I'm not expecting the best sound, so it hasn't had any impact to my 5 Star Rating now that I have fine tuned the settings.
Long story short, I still highly recommend this TV for the price. It seems to hover around the $250-$300 mark and it is a great deal at that price point.

I don't know much technical information about this tv, but I really like how light it is and think that the picture is very clear. The speakers are not the best when playing music through my blue ray player, but having it connected to my stereo solves that problem. I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase!

This is a great TV for the price. It's only 720p and not 1080p, but I don't notice a difference. It doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles. The remote is simple and there aren't many real features to speak of. Also, there are only 2 HDMI inputs, and no separate audio channels, which is a point of contention for some.

Bought this TV to replace a 32" Sceptre that was on sale for $180. I bought the Sceptre thinking you cannot lose on a 720P HDTV for $180. This is incorrect, I mostly use the TV for PS3, 360 and HD cable and the Sceptre was giving me flickering lines, which in games such as COD will hinder your gameplay. It got to the point where I return that Sceptre and bought this Samsung and I am very happy with the purchase.

Although you still get flickering lines it is BARELY noticable, the picture is beautiful and I cannot complain about the sound. At the price of bout $330, it is a budget TV, Yes you can buy another brand of tv the same size for under $200 but Samsung is a reputable brand in TVs and I am satisfied with this purchase.

There is only one con and I know most people already mentioned it, there is no audio output! For some, that may be the breaking point but for me the speakers on this TV is decent enough where I don't need extra audio hookups. So keep this in mind when considering which TV to buy.

This is a really sweet Samsung HDTV for the price. The first one I bought at Walmart for $298 was on Sept. 4th. That one had some LED backlight bleed on the bottom center of it. Like a white cloud around 4 or 5 inches long. So I took it back and returned it and went to another Walmart to purchase another one. No noticeable backlight bleed on this one.

I remember reading that there is no noticeable difference between a 1080P vs. 720P with HDTV's under 40". I found this to be true with a 32" HDTV. It honestly looks like a 1080P HDTV. So save your money unless you want a SMART 32" HDTV.

I always grew up being a Sony fan. But Samsung has the best picture quality on the market today. You can see that when you checkout the displays at the stores. Was first considering a Vizio, but they are hit and miss with the user reviews. To me it was worth paying an extra $60 for a Samsung that gets much more consistent good user reviews.

The blacks are a deep black and the colors are truly brilliant. The sound is very good on it. No need to hook-up external speakers to it. Love the thin bezel on it as well. I use this 32" for my medium size bedroom. Bigger is better, but anything bigger than this would be overwhelming.

I would recommend doing what I did and go with SquareTrade on the warranty. They advertize a 3 year parts and labor warranty for $33. Make sure you call them instead of doing it online. When I called the Rep he offered me a 4 year warranty for $3 more. You can't beat a $36 4 year warranty. And SquareTrade has great user reviews.

Got this for the bedroom. Just what we wanted. The color is great. We have another Samsung that is a 46" 3D HDTV with 1080p and cannot see too much difference in the two. If you're looking for a basic HDTV without all the bells and whistles then this is the TV for you.
PRO: Great bedroom TV.
Great picture quality.
Can't see difference between 720p and 1080p.
CON: The sound sometimes changes after fast awarding on my DVR.

It was simple to set up. Seldom use, spare TV for bedroom. Not hooked to HD cable box, so colors good, but doesn't produce HD as it did when I looked at it in Walmart before I ordered on-line, where I save $40.

Amasing - I ordered it Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving, it arrived good Friday! I did not even order expedited shipping. I have always used standard shipping from Amazon, and everything has always arrived earlier than stated.

Picture clairty is very good. If you're really into action movies and have the money, get 1020i and 120hz, but this TV is a great. Well worth the money. Has some great options.
